We know that money can be a serious barrier to attending the classes you want to attend.  Our goal is to not only provide exceptional educational program, but we also want you to be able to take advantage of these opportunities whenever you want them.

If we can help you make getting the programs you with as few challenges as possible, we're very happy.  If we can help you get the education and the skills you want at a fair price, we've done our job.  Now the ball is in your court.  Take advantage of everything you can.

You can upgrade anytime during your membership.  The cost of the upgrade will be the difference in price between the "Ultimate" and the "Ultimate Plus" Memberships.  The upgraded membership will expire with your original membership as if you purchased the "Ultimate Plus" Membership the time of your original "Ultimate" Membership registration.

There is no limit to the number of members, but memberships are only "good" from January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.  If you become a member in March of 2008, your membership still expires on December 31st.

Absolutely!  This membership is a free pass to all the classes (barring a very few exceptions) that Rick and Connie offer over the twelve month period of your membership. 

No.  You have to be present at the class for your guest to receive the benefit, otherwise we will have to charge your guest for the class.

Rick and Connie agreed to one exception to this rule.  In the event that your Ultimate Plus Membership is exclusive to you and a partner (you and your spouse, you and a particular friend, etc.), we will allow you to set this up as essentially two "Ultimate" memberships.  This will enable you to take classes separately when schedules don't mesh.  However, if you take this option, you cannot invite a different person to attend and receive "guest" benefits.

You are absolutely welcome to come alone.

The program is exclusively for Reiki Council events featuring Rick and Connie Vrenios.

Also, when the Reiki Council brings in guest speakers, we cannot offer these programs at no cost, but in many cases we will be able to provide significant discounts for Ultimate and Ultimate Plus Members.

And, when Rick and/or Connie present programs that are sponsored by other organizations, we do not always have control over pricing. Again, we will always strive to negotiate significant discounts for these events for our Ultimate and Ultimate Plus Members.

Classes are always subject to minimum participation as defined in the course description. If there is not enough participation, the course will be cancelled.

You are welcome to join us if you meet the pre-requisites and competency requirements. That also applies to your guest if you are an Ultimate Plus Member. The goal of this is not how many classes can you take, but how skilled can you become over the course of a year utilizing this education opportunity.

Secondly, each class has a maximum participation. If the course is full, no one can be added unless a cancellation opens a seat.  The opposite is true as well.  Each class has a minimum participation.  If this minimum level of attendance is not met, we do have the option of canceling the program.

This program is a special fund raiser to help the Reiki Council and its ability to continue to serve. There will be a limited number of memberships, so you have to be certain. In the event need arises and you are on one of the payment plans, you can cancel to stop future charges beginning with the next billing cycle.  The membership will remain active for the duration of the paid month.  Once the balance of the membership fee has been paid in full, the membership will remain active until the expiration date.  The program can be transferred to another person if you cannot use it and the new member can assume the payments (one transfer is permitted), but any payments already charged toward the membership are non-refundable.

Yes, the cost of the classes are included as long as they are not one of the very few exceptions mentioned before. We do not, however, cover the cost of your travel, food, lodging, and other "non-tuition" expenses. Because you will not have to pay the class fee, you can apply the amount you would normally be spending on class toward the cost of travel and have an incredibly fun year.

It is always better to register. Each class has a limited number of participants allowed. This number varies based on the class and the venue. Occasionally, the venue can change to a larger space to accommodate larger groups. In addition, we try to bring additional books and materials, and if we know to expect you , we can definitely have those items available. Advance notice allows us the flexibility of adapting to make space for you.

The classes have a maximum limit for the number of participants.  If you reserve a space and decline to attend, someone else may be prevented from attending.  Not only does this affect that person, but if others do the same, this can affect you!  

In addition, the classes have a minimum participation.  If you register and do not cancel a poorly attended class, 

So, yes, out of consideration for others, please cancel as soon as you know that you need to cancel.
