This training is the tradition of spiritual development as passed to Rick Vrenios from his adopted family lineage of the Lono priesthood.

Mana is the creative force of the universe and is inherent in all things. It is the source of spiritual power and the ability to heal, to manifest, to affect the weather, and all of the shamanic work. This style of meditation and mana generation was a gift to the first kahuna from the Gods, and it has been the foundation of all the work that evolved through the centuries.

In the class, you will learn traditional chants and prayers, you will be introduced to the Gods, and understand the view of the universe from the Lono perspective, and the process of meditation that is considered an essential part of the pathway for spiritual development and self-empowerment. This is the foundation for the spiritual healing methods and all of the deeper spiritual pursuits.

This training will have six major focuses:

• Ho'omana Maoli -
  Our most ancient spiritual practices, including meeting the pantheon of the Gods.
    
  
• Unihipili, 'Uhane, and Aumakua
  As identified by Hawaiian theosophy, this Triune Spirit of human life is the composite power, the Mauli (the "Triad").  It is our sacred life principle, spiritual virtue, our effectiveness and our consciousness.
    
• Ho'ohuli Hopena
  Fate-Changing - Blind submission to any negative life situation is not only damaging; it is totally unnecessary, if you will but make the sincere, organized effort demanded by this technique.
    
• Ke Kuakahi Mana'o
  Freeing the mind - Master these indispensable steps to "reach the light".
    
• Ho'ohuli Hoena
  One-Pointedness of Mind - The indispensable keystone to the success of every metaphysical endeavor.
    
• Ho'okumu ai Ho'otino
  Manifestation - To establish and take form that which we need and/or desire.
    

 Lono is the God of Agriculture and Healing – both spiritual and medicinal plants. He is also connected with the heavens.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

To ensure the personal nature and individualized attention of the training, this class has limited seating.  We want to make the space available to those who can attend the class on any particular date.  Therefore, you are always free to transfer your registration to another participant, but please let us know in advance to avoid questions at the start of the event.

• Cancel 15 days prior to class:  100% credit toward future course.

• Cancel less than 15 days prior to class:  100% credit toward future course less the $75 registration fee. 

• Cancel less than 24 hours prior to class:  No credit granted.

• Group Registrations are final.  The special discount pricing for our Group Rate and our Bring A Friend Discount is exchanged for "no-cancel" status.

We want you to gain the full benefit of your investment.  While we cannot offer refunds, we are willing to offer credit toward a future class.  You may transfer your credit toward enrolling in a future class one time.  Also, keep in mind that there is no guarantee that workshops and programs will be repeated in the same area at a future date.

If you do not agree to abide by these terms, we suggest you register at the door of this event.  Unfortunately, you will not be able to benefit from the advance registration and/or pre-payment discounts, and seating availability is first-come first served for non-pre-registered attendees so there is no guarantee of seating.  You can call ahead the day before to check space availability.
